I work with clients to evaluate current mindsets and identify areas for growth and development. It helps clients better understand their beliefs, attitudes, and perceptions towards challenges, failures, and successes.

Program Components
The one-on-one coaching program is comprised of tailored sessions, comprehensive assessments, and actionable strategies designed to propel you towards your goals. Each coaching cycle includes each of the following components to ensure our work together is effective and customized to meet your needs. A complete coaching cycle can be done in as little as six sessions, but clients are ultimately in the driver’s seat doing the work, so the time each individual spends working with a coach will vary.

Learn to practice self-compassion, and develop habits to be kinder to yourself, such as taking breaks, celebrating successes, and reframing negative self-talk.
05 — Embrace Mistakes
Develop a growth mindset and embrace mistakes as opportunities for learning and growth, rather than failures.
06— Progress Over Perfection
Focus on progress rather than perfection every step of the way, and acknowledge the effort and growth achieved during the process, rather than just the end result.
